Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive the best service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Direct and manage the daily activities of the store.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess and enhance daily operational performance.
  • Planning: Organize and strategize daily operations to meet business goals.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, assigning duties as necessary.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer demand and sales potential.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Budget Management: Plan budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
  • Payroll Oversight: Manage payroll administration for staff.
  • Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
