Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Direct and manage the daily functions of the store to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess daily activities and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Organize and plan daily tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team, assigning duties to optimize performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand consumer preferences and sales trends, evaluating the impact of competitors.
  • Marketing Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to boost sales.
  • Financial Oversight: Plan budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges as they arise.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and support both office and volunteer staff.
Supervision

Manage a team of 3-4 individuals.

Employment Type

This is a Permanent Position with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
