About the Role

At Colorworks, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Automotive Body Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Refinish Damaged Vehicles
    • Assess damage to vehicles and develop repair plans
    • Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and other components
    • Apply paint and other finishes to restore vehicles to their original condition
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment
    • Ensure all work areas are clean and organized
    • Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with Colleagues
    • Work with other technicians and support staff to complete repairs
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in automotive body repair
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
