Position Title: Assembler

Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time

Department: Engineered Products - Shunt Trip, Enclosed Disconnect Switches, Breaker Panels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly and upkeep of component parts and products.
  • Utilize hand tools for the assembly and wiring of electrical components.
  • Employ power tools and machinery for drilling, tapping, and cutting tasks.
  • Interpret technical documents, including schematics and written instructions.
  • Collaborate with team members and adhere to daily operational procedures.
  • Identify and manage defective items in accordance with established protocols.
  • Follow all safety regulations and guidelines within the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience in electrical work is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
