Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician to join our team at Figurr Architects Collective. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our projects, working closely with our team of architects and engineers to ensure that our designs are innovative, functional, and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed technical drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and tender documents
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts
  • Prepare and present design ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design and drafting
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
