Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Figurr Architects Collective. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and development of our projects, working closely with our team of architects and engineers to create innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Prepare proposals and tender contracts
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications
  • Monitor and inspect work
  • Estimate costs and materials
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Autodesk REVIT
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
