Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at Figurr Architects Collective. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the design and development of our projects, working closely with our team of architects and engineers to ensure that our designs are technically sound and meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop technical drawings and documents for construction projects
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are technically sound and meet client needs
  • Assist in the development of construction documents and specifications
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Provide technical support to project managers and construction teams
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools
