Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Supervisor at Kassee Logistics plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our supply chain processes. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Oversee the seamless operation of computer systems and machinery.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for new staff.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on their roles and company policies.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate tasks among team members.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedural guidelines.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the logistical operations of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.

Experience

1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
