About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. as a key member of our delivery operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of workers and projects to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze production and other reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve work methods and productivity.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and coordinate training programs.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
