About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Kassee Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations, including metrics on efficiency and productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning optimally.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of our operations.
  • Operational Planning
    • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the efficient and effective management of our logistics operations.
  • Quality Control
    • Monitor and control the quality of our logistics operations to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Word
