Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Underwriter. This is a 2-year new graduate program designed to set you up for success in the insurance industry. The program includes a combination of classroom and on-the-job training, as well as one-on-one mentoring opportunities.
Responsibilities- Learn and develop technical skills in underwriting, including Personal Lines and Commercial Auto.
- Participate in rotational training to gain experience in niche areas, such as Long Haul Trucking and Commercial Lines Property.
- Develop soft skills through training and mentoring to ensure success in the insurance industry.
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or Business.
- Strong learning agility, natural curiosity, team-oriented, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to start full-time in January 2025.
