Job Title: Department Manager/Visual Manager

At Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. We are seeking a Department Manager/Visual Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve store operations.
  • Manage and maintain visual displays, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct regular store walks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. retail management, visual merchandising).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a visual merchandising or retail management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
