La société DELAN - Chasseurs de Talents en TI, une entreprise leader dans le domaine de la technologie, recherche un Directeur PMO expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe de gestion de projets.

Responsabilités
  • Structurer le bureau de projets et assurer la planification, la gestion et la livraison de plusieurs projets d'envergure dans les différents secteurs TI de l'entreprise.
  • Aligner les stratégies de la Vice-Présidence TI avec le PMO et garantir la livraison des projets en respectant les échéanciers, le budget et la portée.
  • Collaborer avec les différents secteurs de l'entreprise pour identifier les risques et les problématiques rencontrées et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Gérer une équipe de gestionnaires de projets et assurer sa mobilisation.
Compétences requises
  • 15+ années d'expérience en gestion de projets et 5 ans à titre de Directeur PMO.
  • Expérience en environnement applicatif, données, infrastructure (Cloud).
  • Expertise en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires et en gestion de projets simultanés.
  • PMP, PGMP, PFMP, ITIL ou autres certifications pertinentes.
  • BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent.
  • Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais).
