About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team at Robert J. Carter Law Corporation. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert legal advice to clients on their rights and obligations, and represent them in court or other legal proceedings.
  • Perform Administrative Functions: Manage and maintain accurate records, prepare and file documents, and perform other administrative tasks related to the practice of law.
  • Represent Clients: Represent clients in court or other legal proceedings, and negotiate settlements on their behalf.
  • Draw Up Legal Documents: Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and other legal instruments.
  • Negotiate Settlements: Negotiate settlements with opposing parties on behalf of clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
