About the Role

Manna International Trading Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues that may arise.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse are properly maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve any work-related problems that may arise, provide technical advice to staff, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting their job expectations.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that the warehouse is operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the warehouse is a safe and healthy work environment, and that all employees are aware of and follow health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
