Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, analyzing inventory data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Analyze inventory levels, prepare purchase orders, and manage stock levels based on historical data and immediate requirements.
  • Stock Control: Receive, store, and issue stock to the appropriate departments, maintaining accurate stock records and checking invoices against purchase orders and actual receipts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on stock movements, trends, and slow-moving items, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with operational departments, develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma, minimum 1 year of stores experience, Responsible Liquor Service certificate, and ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Skills and Abilities: Mathematical abilities, computer literacy in MS Office, and knowledge of alcoholic beverages and trends.
Work Environment

The Inventory Management Specialist will work in a regular back office and stores environment, with regular walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and driving. Some exposure to the elements and non-traditional work hours may be required.
