Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Freshly Squeezed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring optimal profitability.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our food services operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
