Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Services Manager to join our team at Freshly Squeezed. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring we stay within our financial targets.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate our daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Revenue Management: Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure we are meeting our financial goals.
- Staff Management: Plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure we get the best prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
