Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at DAKOTA MEDICAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals, and relay messages as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in electronic medical records and spreadsheet software.
- Work Environment: Health care institution, facility, or clinic setting.
