Job Title: Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Dakota Medical Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Medical Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. This role will involve managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and families, direct them to the appropriate area, and provide basic information.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate with healthcare providers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide clear and concise information to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Experience: Will train.
