We are in search of a driven professional with a proven history in an IT consulting setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a wide array of business analysis services for clients, encompassing business process reengineering and requirements gathering for both large and small-scale projects.

  • Provide guidance in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of system solutions.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Proficient in IT project and development methodologies, including recognized practices such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Possesses domain knowledge or familiarity with technologies such as C#, .NET, and MS SQL.
  • Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in leading application development initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with project, architecture/design, and development teams, providing subject matter expertise in all facets of software design and development, including the creation of complex system design solutions, research/selection, and proof-of-concept tasks.

Research, Analytical, and Communication Skills

  • Exhibits research, analytical, interpretive reasoning, and problem-solving skills to assess, identify, and manage issues and incidents.
  • Capable of recommending solutions, ensuring compatibility and consistency of systems, business, privacy, and security processes, and participating in the execution of approved strategies.
  • Possesses evaluative skills to assess client needs.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving capabilities and can conduct complex analyses for integration projects.
  • Exhibits teamwork and collaborative skills.
  • Possesses excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of preparing documents including detailed reports, briefing materials, presentation decks, project documentation, and correspondence.

Systems Analysis and Development Skills

  • Demonstrates knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in facilitating and reviewing client business requirements and developing solutions.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with commonly used business software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, JIRA, TEAMS) utilized in an IT work environment.

Project Management and Decision-Making Skills

  • Demonstrates knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes to develop, lead, and implement projects.
  • Exhibits experience in providing leadership, coaching/mentoring, guidance, and technical expertise to other team members.
  • Proven experience in leading IT system responses to business requirements and facilitating communication with stakeholders.
  • Understands business needs and aligns technology solutions with business requirements.
