We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. facilities management, engineering).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, and lifting.
