Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Address Signage Co. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Monitor and maintain system security and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
