We are currently seeking a skilled ERP Support Specialist to enhance our team. As a Support Consultant for SAP Business One, you will collaborate with industry experts in ERP consulting. The flexibility of remote work allows for a broad range of locations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering primary application support to clients through various communication channels.
  • Accurately diagnosing and resolving product-related inquiries.
  • Collaborating with Implementation Consultants and SAP to devise effective solutions for client challenges.
  • Documenting support interactions using customer support software.
  • Participating in consultancy and training initiatives on client projects as necessary.

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A background in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized institution is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP/accounting systems, preferably with SAP Business One, or 2+ years in a software support capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: a team player, quick learner, and approachable.
