About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SAP HANA Technical Support Intern. As a member of our global support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving critical system issues for Enterprise level Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues in production environments
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems using diverse technologies and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in SAP HANA and related technologies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a University degree in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or related areas
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills
  • Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue
  • Knowledge of databases, operating systems, data communications and networking, and security technologies
