About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Market Development Lead to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Market Development Managers in the field and the Internal Sales Team (IST) in Creemore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct, control, and ensure the delivery of business plans, execution standards, and financial budgets in the assigned market.
  • Manage, monitor, motivate, develop, and evaluate the performance of the MCBC field sales teams, Six Pints Market Development Managers, and Six Pints Internal Sales Teams.
  • Act as a commercial liaison across various operational departments to ensure that Six Pints' plans are translated into the MCBC system.
  • Monitor and provide consultation to the forecast, supply chain, CST, and commercial operations teams.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and key account management in the direct sales sector or through direct in-store sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience in personnel management and team leadership.
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or packaged goods preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or another relevant field.
