Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

SS&C Technologies Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, phone interviewing, and scheduling interviews for hiring teams.
  • Developing and implementing hiring strategies in consultation with hiring managers.
  • Administrative tasks and regular reporting required daily/weekly.
  • Following up on notable informal and networking referrals.
  • Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the business.
  • Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions.
  • Utilizing Workday (ATS) for recruiting, candidate management, and hire.
  • Administering background checks and third-party reference requests.
  • Partnering with members of TA, HR, Payroll, and the business to achieve success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related field.
  • 1-3 years' of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition required.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources databases, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Workday.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Competency in utilizing Zoom, Skype for Business, and/or Microsoft Teams in a virtual environment.
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to take initiative and manage time efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
  • Team player mentality.
