About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Address Customer Complaints

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Prepare Reports

Prepare and submit reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.

Work Environment

Noisy work environment, with a fast-paced atmosphere and tight deadlines.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods, with bending, crouching, and kneeling also required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, and initiative.
