About the Role

MNP is seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs that promote, protect, and position our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process marketing requests using MNP software and systems, ensuring timely delivery and effective workflow management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and freelancers, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Translation teams, supporting translation requests and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Manage task assignment and workflow during project scope changes, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workfront, our marketing project management software, and implement changes as necessary to optimize workflow.
  • Conduct regular reporting of workload metrics and analytics, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of MNP's services, businesses, and industry, ensuring firm brand standards are consistently met.
  • Build strong relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and support process improvements through Workfront.
  • Support special projects and act as a marketing resource as required.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of administration or project coordination experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Workfront or other project management tools is considered an asset.
  • French language skills would be considered an asset.
