Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and forecasting on sales results and performance of the region
  • Coordinating customer satisfaction program activities
  • Analyzing results and defining win plans for strategic opportunities to meet targets
  • Establishing sales objectives by analyzing markets and projecting orders/sales volumes
  • Maintaining sales volume by tracking key performance indicators
  • Staying up-to-date with developments, trends, and advancements related to sales and marketing
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses and teaching relevant skills and techniques
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key decision makers of all accounts
  • Contributing to local strategy, market development, and sales competency development initiatives

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years' experience in heavy industry sales, preferably with mineral processing equipment and/or related products
  • Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of comminution and beneficiation processes and applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in a customer-focused and service-oriented environment
