About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Occupational Therapist to join our hardworking and dedicated team in the Community Adult Therapy Service on the Isle of Man.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of occupational therapy assessment and intervention for community patients within their own homes with a variety of conditions.
  • Address a number of OT needs such as functional assessment, housing assessments, moving and handling assessments, standard equipment provision, major adaptations, and more.
  • Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Therapy Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective interventions.
