Job Summary

The Senior QA Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality of various modules and changes made to the modules. You will also be responsible for developing and executing test data, recording software defects, documenting software defects, tracking resolution, and test execution reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality of various modules and changes made to the modules.
  • Develop and execute test data, record software defects, document software defects, track resolution, and test execution reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution of defects and management of change requests.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on testing strategies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in QA Testing Methodology (testing tools, processes and standards, types of testing: Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance, Migration/Conversion).
  • Experience in quality assurance at the specified experience level.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint,.NET Web, Web Services, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript and related scripting technologies for automation.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of automated test tools and version control systems on one or more platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience testing and implementing web and portal based applications systems in Azure Cloud (including COTS & SaaS).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Demonstrated written skills to document Testing artifacts (Test Cases, Scenarios, etc).
