Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable inRiver PIM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of Product Information Management principles and significant hands-on experience with the inRiver PIM platform. This role is essential for managing and enhancing product data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain the inRiver PIM platform to align with business needs.
  • Design and implement data models, structures, and workflows within the inRiver environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define effective PIM solutions.
  • Import, export, and manipulate product data within inRiver, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain product taxonomy, attributes, and relationships within the inRiver system.
  • Provide training and support to users on inRiver functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance system performance.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to PIM and the inRiver platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with the inRiver PIM platform.
  • Strong understanding of Product Information Management concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the inRiver PIM platform.
  • Experience with data modeling, taxonomies, and attribute management within inRiver.
  • Demonstrated experience with inRiver APIs and integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in inRiver PIM.
  • Experience integrating inRiver with other systems such as ERP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.
