About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as an Oncology Brand Manager at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing strategic and tactical planning with the cross-functional team for Oncology projects linked to Kisqali for the in-line indication in metastatic Breast Cancer and for the upcoming launch in early Breast Cancer.
The role reports directly into the Strategic Director and will work closely with the Oncology cross-functional team to achieve our ambitious mission to reach twice as many breast cancer patients twice as fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share in the Oncology space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate digital solutions into our communication plan to maximize reach and engagement.
- Lead innovative thinking, resilience, and promote effective cross-functional collaboration to drive business results.
- Promote agile project management skills, leadership without authority, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate curiosity and lateral thinking to provide competitive advantage and drive business results.
- Work closely with Global Marketing on strategy and promotion, and lead the Canada team in innovation and bold practices.
- Analyze data to devise and recommend strategies to drive business growth and ROI.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to manage budgets and assess ROI.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Science.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing or a Commercial role.
- Cross-functional project management experience.
- Experience in a role supporting marketing and brand management.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in Oncology is an asset.
- Experience in a highly competitive market place is a strong asset.
