Position Summary:

As a Lead Client Solutions Strategist, you will be instrumental in managing daily interactions and project execution with our clients in Canada. Utilizing our Brand Advocate solution, you will ensure exceptional value and outcomes for our clients. You will also engage in one of our internal teams to provide shared resources and support across creative, reporting, training, or product assistance.

This position demands a strategic mindset, a comprehensive understanding of the social media landscape, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering superior client experiences. Proficiency in both Québécois French and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Manage daily client communications, ensuring all expectations are met.
  3. Enhance understanding of client nuances for effective interactions.
  4. Address any challenges or concerns that arise during project execution.

Project Management:

  1. Oversee the daily execution of all client deliverables.
  2. Become proficient in our task organization and tracking system.
  3. Ensure timely completion of tasks according to client specifications.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, product support, and technology.

Reporting & Insights:

  1. Evaluate the performance of local content, campaigns, and projects.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  4. Collaborate closely with media services to formulate paid activation strategies.

Translation Services:

  1. Translate written or spoken content from English to Québécois French, ensuring accuracy and preserving meaning.
  2. Work with clients to grasp specific translation requirements.
  3. Edit translated materials for linguistic precision and coherence.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:

  1. Identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and efficiencies.
  2. Implement tools and methodologies to streamline operations and improve client satisfaction.
  3. Ensure deliverables from teams meet high standards and align with client objectives.

Creativity & Inspiration:

  1. Assist in executing tactical solutions and marketing campaigns.
  2. Empower advocates to build human-centered relationships through social media.
  3. Contribute to the design and strategy of adoption initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in social media, digital advertising, and brand marketing, with a focus on client management.
  2. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders.
  3. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong time management abilities - adept at prioritizing, meeting deadlines, and following through.
  5. Experience in social media marketing and content creation, whether in an agency or in-house setting.
  6. Problem-solving skills and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  7. Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  8. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
