Internal Wholesaler Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Wholesaler to join our team at Manulife. As an Internal Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in promoting our full range of Wealth Management solutions to our Advisors and industry-leading access to Portfolio Managers and Strategists.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our Wealth Management solutions to Advisors and industry partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Advisors, Portfolio Managers, and Strategists to understand their business needs and provide proactive sales and business building ideas.
- Collaborate with our External Wholesaler and Territory Coordinator to drive sales growth and relationship management within a defined region.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations to engage with different audiences and persuade and negotiate through consultation and active listening skills.
- College or University degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management products, such as Annuities and Segregated Funds, and an understanding of global financial markets.
- Successful completion of industry-related courses, such as CSC, IFIC, or CFP, is preferred.
- Bilingual (English and French) is preferred.
