Internal Wholesaler Business Partner

Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting Manulife’s comprehensive wealth management solutions to our esteemed advisors. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your exceptional sales and business development skills to build strong relationships with our advisors, providing them with access to cutting-edge technology, innovative products, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our advisors’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our External Wholesaler and Territory Coordinator to drive sales growth and relationship management within a defined region.
- Develop and execute a repeatable and measurable sales process to achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, applying this knowledge to innovate and enhance sales strategies, marketing concepts, and product applications.
- Cultivate a strong network of relationships with our advisors, fostering a culture of mutual respect and trust.
Requirements:
- College or University degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management.
- Knowledge of Wealth Management products (Annuities & Segregated Funds) and an understanding of global financial markets.
- Successful completion of industry-related courses such as CSC, IFIC, CFP (or working towards completion of industry-related courses) is preferred.
- Bilingual (English and French both spoken and written) is preferred.
