Risk and Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Quality Manager to join our dynamic Risk and Sustainability Consulting practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering value-adding professional services and supporting business development initiatives.
Our Risk and Sustainability Consulting practice offers a range of services aimed at helping clients enhance their risk management capabilities and meet expectations around climate risk and sustainability reporting. You will be at the forefront of meeting clients' growing need for guidance on managing impacts of climate change and implementing sustainability reporting regulations and industry standards.
As a Risk and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects that assess current processes, develop solutions that drive improvements, and implement actions that enhance performance and enable compliance. You will also be involved in supporting business development and creating high-quality client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and conclusions.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of climate risk management and sustainability reporting requirements, including IFRS S1 and S2 standards, GRI, and CSR. You should also have a working knowledge of climate-related risks and transmission channels through which they can manifest and have a potential material impact on an organization.
Key qualifications include a university degree in business, finance, risk, or sustainability-related field, and professional certification in risk or sustainability is considered an asset. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in financial services or management consulting, with expertise in areas such as enterprise risks, prudential risks, regulatory reporting, internal controls, climate risks management, and sustainability reporting.
