We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Quality Manager to join our dynamic Risk and Sustainability Consulting practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering value-adding professional services and supporting business development initiatives.

About the Role

As a Risk and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects that assess current processes, develop solutions that drive improvements, and implement actions that enhance performance and enable compliance. You will also be involved in supporting business development and creating high-quality client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and conclusions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects that assess current processes and develop solutions to drive improvements
  • Implement actions that enhance performance and enable compliance
  • Support business development and create high-quality client deliverables
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different countries across the Forvis Mazars global network
Requirements
  • University degree in business, finance, risk, or sustainability-related field
  • Professional certification in risk or sustainability is considered an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting
  • Working understanding of climate risk management and sustainability reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear actions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to support business development initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven project management experience from inception to completion
