We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Quality Manager to join our dynamic Risk and Sustainability Consulting practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering value-adding professional services and supporting business development initiatives.

Our Risk and Sustainability Consulting practice offers a range of services aimed at helping clients enhance their risk management capabilities and meet expectations around climate risk and sustainability reporting. You will be at the forefront of meeting clients' growing need for guidance on managing impacts of climate change and implementing sustainability reporting regulations and industry standards.

As a Risk and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects that assess current processes, develop solutions that drive improvements, and implement actions that enhance performance and enable compliance. You will also be involved in supporting business development and creating high-quality client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and conclusions.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of climate risk management and sustainability reporting requirements, including IFRS S1 and S2 standards, GRI, and CSR. You should have a proven track record of delivering projects that drive improvements and enhance performance, as well as a strong analytical skillset to process various information and translate business needs into clear actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • University Degree in business, finance, risk, or sustainability-related field
  • Professional certification in risk or sustainability is considered an asset
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to process various information
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to support business development initiatives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven project management experience from inception to completion
