About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at SANGAM CATERING LTD. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain Kitchen Safety and Sanitation: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
