Job Summary

Logicfinder is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our enterprise network infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  2. System Administration: Provide day-to-day system administration for our on-premises and cloud-based systems, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects.
  3. Cloud Infrastructure: Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure, including virtualized environments and disaster recovery solutions.
  4. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
  5. Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate documentation of our infrastructure and systems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise system design, implementation, and support.
  2. Active Directory design, configuration, and maintenance experience.
  3. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DHCP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs, routing, and switching.
  4. Experience with Cisco and Juniper routers and switches is a plus.
  5. Exchange Server design, configuration, and maintenance experience.
  6. Cloud services experience, including Office 365, Dropbox, and other cloud services.
  7. Hypervisor experience, including VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V Server.
  8. Server hardware support, including HP DL, ML, and Dell PowerEdge.
  9. iSCSI or fiber channel SAN, NAS experience.
  10. Backup solutions experience is a plus.
  11. Corporate Anti-Virus Solutions experience.
  12. Deployment level knowledge of OpenStack is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
  1. Professional IT certifications, such as Microsoft MCP, MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  2. Linux experience is a plus.
  3. Ability and willingness to learn new technology skills is a must.
