Senior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team at LOVELY PAO MANUFACTURING CORP.
About the Role:
- As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of payroll, including calculating salaries, preparing paycheques, and maintaining accurate records.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as providing exceptional customer service to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain up-to-date financial data, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Prepare T4 statements and other required documents.
- Perform data entry and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Compile statistics and reports as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Accounting or related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
