As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing direct and local merchandise for delivery to the salesfloor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Coordination: Ensure high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in a designated location, and process direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise and alcohol.
  • Training and Development: Train other DSD Associates to follow all receiving area processes, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Receiving Area Management: Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, preparing returns, claims, and MTR's for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow and promote safety rules for lifting procedures, box blades, pallet jacks, ladders, and safeguard backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines.
  • Cold Chain Compliance: Ensure quality assurance by following guidelines for cold chain compliance, documenting all necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log / Sure Check App.
