Job Title: Store Associate - Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate - Customer Service at Giant Tiger in Midland. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
  • Support the sales process by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and handling customer returns and exchanges.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
