Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Order Merchandise: Place orders for merchandise and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring customer satisfaction and store inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
- Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, answering questions and providing product information.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
