Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Leader to assist top-tier organizations in addressing their most intricate business challenges, pioneering innovative solutions, and realizing their strategic visions.

Within SAP Customer Innovation Services, our goal is to empower forward-thinking enterprises to reach their highest aspirations through software advancements.

Our specialists create distinctive, cutting-edge software solutions in partnership with our clients, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring customized, high-value software supported by SAP's robust capabilities. We actualize innovation by leveraging the latest technologies, including SAP BTP and SAP S4 HANA Clean Core Extension, and we expedite our solutions through an agile development methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, utilizing tools such as JIRA, with a strong grasp of Agile principles.
  • Plan Quality Assurance activities for projects, including effort estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements through tools like requirement traceability matrices.
  • Oversee the development and execution of testing strategies, including test monitoring and reporting, using tools such as GTP, CSN, and JIRA.
  • Facilitate and review various processes (e.g., code reviews, Backlog Item Acceptance Criteria) and track the outcomes of these evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers on compliance tasks, with a strong emphasis on security.
  • Conduct formal and usability checks of deliverables prior to customer handover.
  • Engage in functional test execution, including the implementation of automated testing strategies.
  • Communicate with clients regarding Quality Management issues in coordination with project managers and architects throughout the development and support phases.
  • Lead Lessons Learned sessions and root cause analyses, contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Perform Quality Management monitoring and status reporting, proposing and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
  • Provide proactive feedback on methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes.
  • Actively participate in the Quality Management community by sharing insights and experiences to promote excellence.
  • Engage in SAP Innovative Business Solutions initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is highly desirable, preferably in a technical field.
  • Quality Management certification is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in quality assurance roles.
  • Experience in Quality Management within a software development context, ideally with SAP.
  • Expertise in various Cloud Technologies is essential.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes, particularly Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software logistics is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of primary certification standards (ISO, CMMI, ISTQB, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience with test automation tools is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and customer-focused skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to new challenges and tasks.
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic approach.
  • Programming experience is beneficial.
  • Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in French is advantageous.
