About the Role

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Art, Production, and Quality Assurance leadership, to establish approval criteria, identify risks, and plan test scope for existing and upcoming features.
  • Coordinate testing across geographically dispersed teams, vendors, and agencies to deliver a high-quality product.
  • Develop test strategies and plans to verify multiple features in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Ensure that artistic content is delivered to market in accordance with Epic's standards and expectations.
  • Have a strong understanding of functional, quality, and performance testing, and plan activities accordingly.
  • Utilize a range of testing skills, including manual and technical testing, to analyze product quality.
  • Establish reports and ensure quality data tracking, using this information to inform product quality discussions and process health.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in software testing in a dynamic environment.
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies and iterative continuous development.
  • Technical understanding of Web, mobile, or VR/AR technologies.
  • Experience in functional and usability testing in your area of expertise.
  • Experience with testing across multiple platforms or browsers.
  • Experience with digital art in a testing environment.
  • Experience with various artistic processes and related tools, such as Autodesk/ShotGrid.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: game engines or software 3D tools, backend servers and APIs, product development in a GaaS model, agile or reactive testing strategies, and experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5 (or similar engines).
