About the Role

As a Senior Manager - Quality Assurance at Grant Thornton, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and risk management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of quality management systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on quality and risk management best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on quality and risk management matters, including the development of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensure that the organization's quality management systems are aligned with best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, quality assurance, or risk management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance initiatives and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
