About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 3341342 NS LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions through our electronic commerce system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist in reordering stock as needed.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a retail business environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail store with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
